What you’ll do

Design and execute full-fledged programs across paid, organic, email, and automation to generate and accelerate qualified pipeline for B2B tech clients.

  • Build and maintain experimentation roadmaps: form hypotheses, run
    A/B/multivariate tests, analyze results, and iterate toward revenue KPIs.
  • Architect and optimize marketing automation: lifecycle stages, lead scoring, routing, enrichment, and multi-step nurtures in platforms like HubSpot/Marketo.
  • Own email end-to-end: segmentation, messaging, cadence, A/B testing (subject, creative, CTAs, timing), email drip creation and drip maintenance, contact list building, and attribution to SQLs/revenue.
  • Plan, launch, and scale paid campaigns: On Google, Meta, and YouTube: audience strategy, creative testing frameworks, budgets, and conversion tracking integrity.
  • Build organic growth systems end-to-end: advanced keyword and intent mapping, entity-oriented content strategy, and technical/on-page/off-page optimization to drive non-branded, high-intent traffic and qualified pipeline.
  • Optimize for the evolving landscape of SEO, AEO (Answer Engine
    Optimization), and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization)
    : structure content for passage/entity understanding, featured snippets/People Also Ask, AI overviews, and generative search surfaces; implement schema and patterns that improve retrieval, ranking, and inclusion in responses.
  • Partner with content, design & dev teams: To align narrative, UX, and analytics into a cohesive revenue engine.
  • Report on what matters: CAC by channel, funnel conversion rates,
    marketing-influenced pipeline, and ROAS with clear insights and actions.
  • Collaboration with UX design for conversion-focused digital experiences.

What you've done (must meet 3 out of 4 requirements)

  • B2B experience: Demonstrated B2B marketing in SaaS/IT/services with examples of campaigns, funnels, sales-cycle alignment, and outcomes in complex buying committees. Purely B2C profiles should not apply.
  • Marketing automation: Built/maintained automation workflows (lead scoring, nurtures, routing, lifecycle updates) in HubSpot/Marketo/ActiveCampaign/Pardot, with before/after metrics and solid QA.
  • Email program ownership: Ran a hypothesis-driven email program beyond list growth—systematic A/B tests (subject/content/CTA/send time) and measurable lifts in open/click/SQL/revenue attribution.
  • Paid and organic: 
    • Paid: Planned/launched/optimized Meta, Google, and YouTube with audience design, creative/landing tests, budget pacing, and conversion tracking reliability.
    • Organic: Demonstrated, hands-on mastery of SEO in today’s SEO/AEO/GEO
      environment.

  • Marketing automation: HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot/Account Engagement; lead scoring and lifecycle configuration.
  • Ads: Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube; LinkedIn Campaign Manager exposure is a plus.
  • SEO/AEO/GEO: GA4, Search Console, Semrush/Ahrefs, Screaming
    Frog/JetOctopus, PageSpeed Insights/Lighthouse, schema validators; entity/knowledge graph workflows when relevant.
  • Dashboards: GA4, Looker/Data Studio for funnel and ROI reporting.
