Your Mission
- Orchestrate client relationships and onboard new accounts with precision and warmth.
- Deliver proactive service, anticipate needs, close feedback loops, and ensure continuous improvement.
- Enable creative excellence by translating client goals into actionable briefs and shield team focus.
- Champion commercial growth identify and act on upsell/cross-sell opportunities in partnership with senior leadership.
- Take ownership of client success metrics CSAT, NPS, retention, and project impact.
- Act as a sector and strategic ally share insights, trends, and drive business wins.
- Own onboarding and change management—drive transitions and frequent engagement.
- Communicate omni-channel with clarity, empathy, and confidence.
- Build culture as a partner to both clients and colleagues.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years in client service, account management, or agency-side communication, preferably B2B, SaaS, or tech.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or comparable discipline; certifications in CRM, project management, or client service (preferred).
- Tools: Mastery of Google Workspace, with experience using any project management tools and CRM platforms.
- Skills: Outstanding communication (verbal and written), consultative listening, proactive follow-through, comfort with analytics and reporting.
- Commercial Mindset: Demonstrated ability to identify growth opportunities and contribute to account development.
- Personality: Empathetic, energetic, organized, pressure-tested—comfortable handling tough conversations and fast-moving priorities.
- Able to handle high client volumes and rapid deadlines with patience and composure, without losing your cool.
