The PME role is the professional anchor of our agency: if you blend sharp process thinking, tool mastery, and root cause analysis with a people-first, clear communicatorʼs personality, youʼll help us set the industry benchmark.

What Youʼll Do

  • Drive Project Planning, Execution & Delivery: Plan, track, and close projects across marketing, branding, and creative verticals own dashboards, timelines, allocations, client communication, and deliverable reviews for multiple, fast-moving projects.
  • Champion Processes From Mapping to Automation: Build, improve, and document agency workflows using ClickUp, Notion, Slack, Google Workspace, and emerging AI-enabled PM tools; always flag inefficiencies and own updates as our business evolves.
  • Hold Context And Deadlines: Keep big picture and granular views active. Juggle priorities, manage competing demands, identify risks, and escalate/adjust resources to ensure deadlines (and standards) are met, not missed.
  • Run Deep Root Cause Analysis: Use advanced methodologies 5 Whys, Fishbone Diagrams, Fault Tree, and AI-driven analytics) to investigate project bottlenecks; propose actionable solutions that fix the underlying problem, not just the symptom.
  • Lead With Technology: Evaluate, implement, and optimize new PM tools. Stay at the cutting edge of systems, automation, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Communicate and Align: Set the standard for assertive, clear, and empathetic communication - whether on calls, in chat, via documentation, or stakeholder reports. Proactively follow up; leave no task or feedback loop incomplete. Collaborate with strategists, designers, writers, and tech leads—ensure all teams have what they need to succeed.
  • Optimize, Educate, Improve: Conduct retrospectives, gather feedback, iterate on workflows, and help foster a culture of continuous agency improvement believe that “doneˮ can always be better.
  • Multitask and Manage Multiple Stakeholders: Hold multiple contexts, team updates, and client priorities never drop the ball; always bring energy, attention, and professional calm to fast-paced collaboration.
  • Uphold Accountability and Reliability: Be Pangolinʼs internal anchor, your leadership and follow-through ensure our team's output stays top-class.

Qualifications Required

  • Bachelorʼs degree in any discipline, preferably Business, Management, or Engineering.
  • Certification in Project Management PMP, PRINCE2, CAPM, or equivalent) is mandatory.
  • At least 12 years of hands-on project management experience (agency, marketing, tech, B2B, or SaaS a strong plus).
  • Proficient with digital project management systems ClickUp, Notion, Asana, Trello, Slack, Google Workspace).
  • Sound theoretical understanding of project management methodologies Agile, Waterfall, Kanban, stakeholder management, risk assessment).
  • Experienced in process improvement, cross-team workflows, and multi-client project lifecycles.

Preferred (Bonus) Skills

  • Experience in process improvement or implementing new workflow and productivity tools.
  • Background managing cross-functional, multi-client projects.
  • Exposure to marketing, SaaS, or analytics sectors.
