
Avani is the co-founder and "Co-Dreamer" at Pangolin, a specialist B2B marketing agency where she leads the firm’s mission to leverage "tech for good."
Avani works closely with founders and marketing leaders at B2B SaaS and enterprise technology companies to help them figure out what growth should actually look like and how to get there. She believes deeply in the power of technology to solve real-world problems, and over the years has partnered with teams in India and globally to sharpen their positioning, build strong pipelines, and create brands that last.
She’s also the voice behind “The Moat,” a thought-leadership series where she writes about building resilient agency cultures, leading remote teams, and navigating the messy, human side of work in today’s digital world.
Avani founded Pangolin in 2019, bringing together her experience across brand strategy, storytelling, and performance marketing. Since then, she’s helped companies in IT services, automation, and enterprise software design practical go-to-market engines and translate complex products into clear, human narratives that sales teams can actually use.
Before Pangolin, Avani led marketing teams at Qualitia Software, Zensoft Services, Hoofit, and Sapience Analytics. At Sapience, she built the marketing function from the ground up, helped triple website traffic, and supported the company’s recognition in the Deloitte Fast 50. She also created the Art of Working platform, a thought-leadership initiative that featured global voices in productivity, including David Allen.
Beyond client work, Avani is passionate about changing how Indian IT companies see themselves from being “low-cost vendors” to value-driven brands. Inside her own agency, she tries to build the kind of environment she wished existed earlier in her career: ambitious, honest, high-performing, and safe enough for people to be human.
