The Challenge

GrowthPal was evolving from a manual, analyst-led service into a fully automated M&A deal-sourcing platform. But their product narrative lagged behind.

Our Approach

We reframed GrowthPal’s automation layer as the product story itself. The goal was to communicate value in under two minutes with a narrative designed to convert both investors and prospects.

Execution

1. Strategic Scripting

We deconstructed the original 14-minute explainer to identify key value signals, gaps, and redundancies.

2. Narrative Architecture:

The story arc was designed to align with SaaS adoption logic and capital allocator attention spans:

  • Problem (0–25s): Why traditional deal sourcing is broken
  • Solution (25–85s): How GrowthPal automates analyst workflows—from sourcing to validation
  • Outcome (85-135s): Platform metrics, traction indicators, and a closing CTA

3. Visual & Motion System

  • Used intuitive animations to illustrate abstract concepts like AI-driven deal matching and cross-border validation
  • Replaced dense UI shots with simplified flows to reduce visual friction and reinforce strategic clarity
  • Balanced white space, motion rhythm, and CTA timing to increase viewer retention and replay value

4. Multi-Channel Enablement  

The final asset was engineered for flexibility across platforms and touchpoints:

  • Cutdowns: 15s, 30s, and 60s edits for LinkedIn, demo loops, and outreach
  • Use Cases: Website homepage, investor decks, cold email follow-ups, and onboarding flows
  • Playback Logic: Designed for both sound-off autoplay and high-context pitch environments
